

Dr. Ishita Chatterjee is a reader in the Dept. of Applied Psychology of The University of Calcutta. She received her Ph.D. D from the Dept. of Applied Psychology (UGC Fellowship Govt. of India) from The University of Calcutta. She has a number of National and International publications in reputed journals. She has also authored two books and a number of book's chapters in psychology. She has completed several projects successfully which includes: * Stress, Coping, Suicidal thought process and Meaning in life of college students- sponsored by- University Grants Commission. * Stress coping, Aggression, and Mental Health Status of auto rickshaw drivers in around Kolkata sponsored by- Indian Council of Social Science Research, Govt of India. * Motivating employees- sponsored by Himadri Chemicals pvt.ltd. She has guided many research scholars in submitting Ph.D. and currently supervising 4 research scholars. She is also actively involved in teaching research and development in The University of Calcutta.
