Abstract
Thin film organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (CH3NH3PbX3, X= I/Cl/Br) has convulsed emerging photovoltaic technologies due to its unique and extensive feature such as high efficiency, low manufacturing cost, ease to fabricate, although the presence of lead (Pb) is a serious and hazardous drawback associated with it. In this experiment, hazards Pb has been replaced by tin (Sn) to fabricate eco-friendly perovskite solar cell (CH3NH3SnCl3) and details study of fabricated thin film has been performed at different thermal condition to optimize the photovoltaic performance. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd.
