Abstract
Callus tissues were produced from leaf, stem and seed of Nigella sativa in modified Murashige and Skoog's medium. Depending on the origin of explants, the time of callus initiation and also the properties of the callus tissue were found to be different, especially regarding chromosome instability. © 1980 Birkhäuser Verlag.
