Abstract
The finite Hankel transform has been used to obtain the stresses and displacements in a thin non-homogeneous transversely isotropic circular plate with a central hole when it undergoes rotatory vibration under prescribed boundary loadings. The elastic coefficients and density of the material of the plate are assumed to vary as a function of r, the radia distance from the centre of the plate.
