Abstract
Two concentrations (0.5 μg and 1.0 μg) of trimethyltin chloride were added to lymphocytes of healthy male and female donors of different age groups and cultured at 37°C for 72 h. The range and mean number of sister chromatid exchanges were significantly increased in the treated cells but could not be related to age or sex of the donor. © 1989.
